SportLocker Bet

Dashboard

In the development of the project for SportLocker Bet, the key metrics to be tracked were structured, including FTDs (First Time Depositors), engagement, retention, and customer financial transactions.

To optimize data organization and flow, all information was centralized in CSV files, ensuring a structure compatible with dashboard development and enabling efficient daily updates. Additionally, the data structure was adjusted to improve visualization and accessibility of key information, meeting SportLocker Bet’s specific needs.


As part of the advanced customer analysis, an initial clustering and retention model was created, allowing for more precise audience segmentation and generating detailed insights into user behavior. This approach enables the identification of patterns and the development of personalized strategies for each user group.


Finally, we developed an initial prototype of the dashboard, which has already undergone a first round of review. This dashboard was designed to present information clearly and intuitively, meeting client requirements and allowing for necessary adjustments. With these deliverables, we have established a solid foundation for continuous metric tracking and platform evolution, ensuring a strategic and actionable view of SportLocker Bet’s customer behavior.
